Logistics, Invites, and RSVPs
I am undecided, something came up that might prevent me from making it to Mallorca (but I don’t know yet), I need to change my “Yes” to undecided, or I forsure need to change my rsvp because I can no longer come. What do I do?
We completely understand that things can shift, especially with travel involved. If anything changes about your RSVP, we kindly ask that you let us know as early as possible.
Our guest capacity is very limited, and there are loved ones we weren’t able to include due to space. If your plans change, early notice would give us the special opportunity to extend an invitation to someone else — and give them enough time to plan. We deeply appreciate your understanding.
Can kids join the three days of festivities?
Please reach out to the Bride and Groom about kids on the wedding day. As far as Day 1 and Day 3, they are absolutely welcome to join us - even highly encouraged as they are kid friendly. Due to our venue’s limited capacity, we will need to see if the age of your kids qualify them as one guest or not.
Can I bring a plus one?
If you were given a plus one, it will have been marked on your Save the Date envelope. If you’d like to travel with a plus one not mentioned on the envelope, let us know because we should be able to accommodate and include them for Day 1 and Day 3 activities. A situation due to limited capacity at our ceremony venue.
What do I do when we aren’t attending the Day 1, 2, 3 activities?
There is plenty of free time for you to explore and make your own plans! Enjoy all that Mallorca has to offer except when we need you:
Day One, May 1st : We won’t need you until evening through late night - think dinner time.
Day Two, May 2nd: We won’t need you until 4PM - late afternoon through the rest of the night and into the early AM!
Day Three, May 3rd: We won’t need you until 3PM - late afternoon. Relax, recover, sleep in or hit the ground running.
Travel and Booking
When should I start booking flights and hotel?
The sooner the better! Airlines and hotels have enabled their calendars for April 2026 to May 2026. Typically cheaper the farther away you are from the travel date. Apparently, early mornings on Tuesdays are the cheapest days to book. Alternative Airlines is a site where you can book flights now and pay with installments over time.
Where should I book my hotel? And where do I fly into?
You will be booking your flight to PMI Palma de Mallorca. There is no strict hotel that we are asking our guests to stay at. But please reference our Travel and Stay page before you start making bookings - there is a lot of information specific to all of that and our detailed recommendations.
