Everything you need to know about your time with us during our events.
Friday, May 1st
Welcome (Night) Event
When: 6:30PM to 10:30PM
Where: Merchants Palma (Restaurant)
Transportation: There will be no shuttle service this evening. Fortunately, most guests are staying in Palma or within walking distance of the restaurant. Taxis, Uber, rental cars, or a short walk are all convenient ways to get there.
If you are walking to this restaurant from your hotel, just follow apple/google maps instructions to get you there. Look for the above (image) sign. There will be a wood double door on the street with event signage for easy finding.
What to Expect: The start of our celebrations - all together on the island!
We’ll kick things off with a full open bar (cocktails, spirits, beer, wine, and cava) for the first two hours, then keep things flowing with open beer, wine, and cava for the rest of the night.
Enjoy passed appetizers and canapés throughout — relaxed, social, and cocktail-style. Seating will be available.
Packing for this Night: Reference the mood board for Night One Attire. Evening temperatures may reach the high 50s. As the venue is primarily an outdoor plaza, we recommend packing a light layer for comfort as temperatures change. There is an area to leave coats if you don’t want to have it on you throughout the night. This evening can also serve as a preview for how many layers you may want to wear on the wedding night. Footwear is flexible - all surrounding surfaces are easy walking in and around the restaurant.
Saturday, May 2nd
Wedding Day
When: 4:00PM to 1:30AM
Where: Finca Son Togores
What to Expect: The big day! We will be kicking off the event with 4pm shuttle pickup. Guests will be given a shuttle pickup location that’s closest to their accommodation and meet there at 4pm. Please do not be late, as all others on your bus will then arrive late too.
When you are dropped off at the venue, our Officiant and wedding coordinator will direct you to the Oak Trees, where we’ll have our ceremony. At the point when you are escorted to the ceremony, it will be an 8 minute walk on a dirt road (think about shoes - not uneven or crazy terrain by any means, but so you know).
We’ll have our ceremony start at 5pm and walk back to the main venue space around 5:30pm. Guests will be lead to the garden for cocktails and appetizers/canapes.
Cocktail hour is from 6pm to 8pm, please enjoy as this will be the first course to our meal with plenty of appetizers to try before dinner.
At 8pm we’ll head into the dinner courtyard. Guests will find their assigned table with our Escort Cards on their way over. Guests will find their table and their assigned seat.
Dinner, speeches, desert all in our dinner courtyard. After desert and dances, we’ll dance the night away until 1:30am.
Transportation: Shuttle Service is provided to all guests attending the wedding! We will update this page with the shuttle plan as soon as we get it.
Packing for this Night: Reference the mood board for Night Two Attire. Evening temperatures may reach the high 50s. As the venue outdoors, we recommend packing a light layer for comfort as temperatures change. If you weren’t cold the night before, you may not need a jacket or coverup - but up to you! If you want to bring jackets, or changes of shoes, by all means bring a bag with what you need and you can find a spot to leave it until you need it.
Sunday, May 3rd
Catamaran Sail
When: 3:00PM to 8:30PM
Where: Muelle de Golondrinas Marina in Palma
What to Expect: We will set sail promptly at 3:30pm, which is why we kindly ask guests to arrive by 3:00pm to ensure an on-time departure. Now for the fun part - we’ll be sailing along either the east or west side of the island, depending on wind conditions. Once we stop and anchor, guests are welcome to enjoy snorkels and paddleboards provided on board. The catamaran has seating, tables and plenty of shaded area. An open bar with beer and wine (red, white, and rosé) will be available throughout the sail. Cocktails and liquor can be purchased at the onboard bar with cash. Unfortunately, they said that outside alcohol is not permitted on the boat. We’ll return to the marina around 8:30pm.
From there, you’ll be within walking distance of Palma if you’d like to head out for dinner. Bride and Groom plan on it! Food/snacks will be served on board during the sail, however not a full course meal.
Transportation: Taxi and Uber can drop you off right at the marina dock with the address above.
If you are driving and need Parking, there is a lot at the Marina but if can fill up quick. Reference the address above for this lot.
Address: Av. de Gabriel Roca, 16, Ponent, 07014 Palma, Illes Balears, Spain
Address of another Parking Garage (10 min walk to Marina): Aparcament Marquès de la Sénia
